As a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, my goal is to craft joyful visits for children while devising orthodontic plans—including braces and clear aligners—that range from treating the crossbite of a 3-year-old to perfecting the smile of a young adult before a wedding
Born in Texas and raised overseas, I earned my degrees from Duke University and Columbia University before commissioning as a Dental Officer in the U.S. Navy. There, I had the privilege of 'readying warriors and caring for heroes,' providing state-of-the-art dental care to thousands of Marines and Sailors.
Following my service, I completed my specialty training and Master’s in Oral & Craniofacial Sciences at UCSF. Today, I combine that clinical rigor with a 'kid’s spirit'—whether I’m sharing origami with a nervous patient, 3D printing an orthodontic solution, or teaching preschoolers the floss dance.
"We pride ourselves on being a 'hidden gem' for families seeking a thoughtful alternative to aggressive treatment philosophy."
Dr. Conrad has had the front row seat to providing dentistry in its purest form: instruments, school tables, and a passion to serve. In 2015, he traveled to the Philippines with Kids International Dental Services. Led by Dr. Ignatius Nate Gerodias, the team served close to a thousand children across schools in Metro Manila.
Dr. Conrad embraces the Navy core values (JJ DID TIE BUCKLE H). During National Children's Dental Health Month in 2020, Dr. Conrad organized a command-wide outreach event. He empowered fellow dental officers and hospital corpsmen to provide dental education to children of military families at Naval Station Great Lakes.
Dr. Conrad is deeply committed to the science behind a healthy smile. In 2023, he presented his research at the AADOCR Annual Meeting. Under the mentorship of Dr. Sunita Ho, he investigated the effects of Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) on decayed dentin and chalky enamel, providing insights on non-invasive management of dental diseases.
